深圳大运留学基金会（以下简称基金会）是深圳为弘扬大运精神，促进国际青年文化教育交流，特地筹集资金设立的一家专门资助留学生的基金会。2026年大运奖学金申请工作现已启动，根据《深圳大运留学基金会2026年资助学生遴选公告》，结合我校实际情况，现将我校2026年来华留学生大运奖学金申请事宜通知如下：

一、相关奖学金项目

二、申请者学术要求

1、本科生最近两个学期每学期绩点不低于3.5且无必修不及格

2、硕士生最近两个学期每学期绩点不低于3.0且无必修不及格

3、博士生须已有以一作或二作发表的论文，并收录进《论文收录引用检索证明报告》里。

三、不具备申请资格的情况：

1.2026-2027学年期间不在中国境内的学历生

2.曾获得本基金会同项目资助的学生

3.延期毕业学生

4.本科一年级学生

5.获得本年度其他政府奖学金学生

6.2026-2027学年期间未连续就读一年的学历生

四、申请资料

（一）申请人递交的申请资料

1.2026年遴选资助申报材料封面；

2.《境外学生来中国境内留学资助申请表》；

3.5分钟以内的申请人情况介绍视频，制作参考附件3；

4.申请人有效身份证明（身份证、护照等）复印件，外籍华裔申请人其父母及祖父母或外祖父母加入同一外籍的证明文件复印件；

5.申请人在中国境内留学学校录取通知书复印件。如果是英文的，须有中英文对照翻译文本；

6.两名所在就读学校在职教师签名出具的推荐信（原件），加盖学院公章，如推荐信是英文的需翻译成中文；

7.学业成绩单。申请人提供最近2个学期由就读单位教务处或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章的成绩单；

8.汉语水平证明复印件。非必要材料，如有请提交目前持有的HSK证书;

9.申请人近三年获得校级以上各种奖励、荣誉证书复印件；市级以上报刊登载的个人事迹复印件；

10.申请人在市级以上报刊发表的学术论文、文章和获得专利证书复印件。如成书的，提供书的封面、内容介绍（前言）、出版社及出版书号页面复印件；

11.有发表公开论文的学生需要提交论文以及我校图书馆出具的《论文收录引用检索证明报告》，报告须加盖图书馆印章（点击http://www.lib.szu.edu.cn/research/drdp获取《论文收录引用检索证明报告》指南）。

（二）所有申请资料提交后不退还。

五、其他

申请时间：4月17日至4月30日

申请方式：线上和线下同步。登录“基金会资助报名系统”提交申请后，须将所有申请材料提交至国际交流学院学生事务办公室（朝夕楼320办公室）

重要提示：

1、申请材料务必按照附件1里的“申报材料说明”的要求认真准备，不按照要求提交的申请一律按照无效申请处理。

2、推荐信必须由教师撰写，内容真实、针对本年度大运基金会的项目，抬头须为深圳市大运留学基金会。如发现推荐信雷同者一律按照无效申请处理。

3、论文或期刊须按照MLA格式提交。

4、视频如面试，须重视，做到制作精美。如未按附件3的要求制作，将按照无效申请处理。

5、诚实申请，如发现弄虚作假，将取消申请资格或取消已获得奖学金，且2年内不得再申请所有政府奖学金。

6、因个人原因，资助期间不满足申请资格的将取消已获得奖学金，且2年内不得再申请所有政府奖学金。

Notice on the Application for the 2026

Shenzhen Universiade Scholarship for International Students in China

The Shenzhen Universiade Scholarship Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "the Foundation") is a special foundation established by Shenzhen to promote cultural and educational exchanges among international youth and carry forward the spirit of the Universiade. The application for the 2026 Universiade Scholarship has now been launched. In accordance with the Announcement of Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation on Selection of Funded Students in 2026 and combined with the actual situation of our university, we hereby notify the details of the 2026 Universiade Scholarship application for international students in China at our university as follows:

II. Academic Requirements for Applicants

1.Undergraduate students must have a GPA of no less than 3.5 per semester in the last two semesters and have no failed compulsory courses.

2.Master's students must have a GPA of no less than 3.0 per semester in the last two semesters and have no failed compulsory courses.

3.Doctoral students must have published papers as the first or second author, which must be included in the Report on Citation and Indexing of Papers.

III. Ineligible Application Cases

1.Degree students who are not in China during the 2026–2027 academic year.

2.Students who have previously received the same program funding from the Foundation.

3.Students with extended study duration.

4.First-year undergraduate students.

5.Students who have obtained other government scholarships during the 2026–2027 academic year.

6.Degree students who will not study continuously for one year during 2026–2027academic year.

IV. Application Materials

(I) Application Materials to be Submitted

3.A self-introduction video of the applicant within 5 minutes, with production reference to Appendix 3.

4.Copy of the applicant's valid identity document (ID card, passport, etc.). For foreign Chinese applicants, a copy of the certificate showing that their parents, grandparents, and maternal grandparents have obtained the same foreign nationality.

5.Copy of the admission notice for overseas students studying in China issued by the university. If the notice is in English, a Chinese-English translated version must be provided.

6.Two original letters of recommendation signed by serving teachers of the university where the applicant is studying, affixed with the official seal of the college. If the recommendation letters are in English, they must be translated into Chinese.

7.Academic Transcript. The applicant shall provide the transcript of the last two semesters issued and sealed by the Academic Affairs Office or the relevant student management department of the university.

8.Copy of Chinese Proficiency Certificate (non-mandatory; submit if holding any valid HSK certificate).

9.Copies of various awards and honorary certificates obtained above the school level in the past three years; copies of personal deeds published in municipal or higher newspapers and periodicals.

10.Copies of academic papers, articles published in municipal or higher newspapers and periodicals, and patent certificates obtained by the applicant. If published as a book, provide copies of the book's cover, content introduction (preface), publisher, and ISBN page.

11.Students who have published public papers must submit the papers and the Report on Citation and Indexing of Papers issued by the library of our university, which must be affixed with the library seal (click http://www.lib.suisf.edu.cn/research/drdp to obtain the guide for the Report on Citation and Indexing of Papers).

(II) All submitted application materials will not be returned.

V. Other Matters

·Application Period: April 17 to April 30

·Application Method: Online and offline submission. After logging in to the "Foundation Financial Assistance Application System" to submit the application, all application materials must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office , College of the International Exchange (Room 320, Zhaoxi Building).

Important Reminders

1.Applicants must carefully prepare all application materials in accordance with the "Instructions for Application Materials" in Appendix 1. Any application that fails to meet the requirements will be treated as an invalid application.

2.Recommendation letters must be written by teachers, with true content targeted at the 2026 Universiade Foundation program, and the title must be "Shenzhen Universiade Scholarship Foundation". Any similar recommendation letters will be treated as invalid applications.

3.Papers or journals must be submitted in MLA format.

4.The video, which serves as an interview, must be produced exquisitely. Any failure to meet the requirements in Appendix 3 will result in an invalid application.

5.All applications must be truthful. Any fraud found will result in the cancellation of application qualification or obtained scholarship., and the applicant shall be ineligible to apply for any government scholarships for a period of two years.

6.If an applicant fails to meet the eligibility requirements during the funding period due to personal reasons, the awarded scholarship shall be revoked, and the applicant shall be ineligible to apply for any government scholarships for a period of two years.
