英文简介 | Yu Yan, obtained a Ph.D. from Tongji University, an M.S. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and was a Visiting Scholar at the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA; Member of the Environmental Behavior Academic Committee, Architectural Society of China, and the Urban Transformation and Innovation Research Committee, Chinese Society for Urban Studies.Recognized as a top 5% scholar in Architecture in China (CNKI, 2024). Has authored or co-authored over 20 papers in core architectural journals such as New Architectureand Time Architecture, with nearly 400 citations. Two publications rank among the top 0.1% and 1% most cited in the field, respectively. Principal investigator of one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Program, contributor to three NSFC General Programs, and participant in one ministerial-level research project. Served as a consultant for the Shanghai Street Design Guidelinesand acknowledged with a certificate of appreciation. Contributed as a chapter author to the UN and Shanghai Government-published Shanghai Manual: A Guide for Sustainable Urban Development in the 21st Century(2019). Curated and exhibited at several notable events, including the 2019 Shanghai Urban Space Art Season public exhibition "Bitcene," the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism Architecture ("Blockchain Dystopia," 2019; "Exodusolarism," 2022). Related works are archived in the Shenzhen Biennale archive museum.
