Please download the Power of Attorney from the attachment 请从附件下载《未成年人委托书》

Applicants who are under 18 years old before September 1, 2026 must submit the Original Copy of Power of Attorney along with its notarized documents.

1. Firstly, applicants' parents need to find a Chinese people who is the registered permanent resident of Guangdong to be your legal guardian when you are under the age of 18 in China.Please send the scan of ID card of legal guardian.

2. Applicants' parents need prepare an authority letter including the details, such as ID number, passport name of your Chinese guardian, and the signature of your parents. Then, take it to the Chinese Embassy to get it authorized and stamped with the green certification sticker.

If the Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your home country is not able to issue the green certification sticker any longer, you will need to provide an APOSTILLE on your Power of Attorney.

3. Please send the scanned copies in ONE PDF format by email to szulxs@szu.edu.cn. Files named as: student name + nationality + passport number + material name.

2026年9月1日前不满18周岁申请者，需要提供未成年人委托书原件及公证件。

1.申请者父母需要找到一位拥有广东户口的中国成年人，在你18岁之前作为你在中国的合法监护人。

2.申请者父母需要准备未成年人委托书，委托书需要包含以下信息：例如身份证号、中国监护人的护照姓名、以及你父母的签名等。然后，拿到中国大使馆进行公证。

如果你所在国家的中国使领馆不再提供公证服务，请联系其他相关部门进行海牙认证。

3.请将未成年人委托书原件及公证件扫描成一个PDF文档，发送到邮箱szulxs@szu.edu.cn。请将文档命名为：学生姓名+国籍+护照号码+材料名字。
