On September 16, 2026, nearly 40 international students from Shenzhen University visited the Futian Convention and Exhibition Center in Shenzhen to attend the 2026 International Digital Energy Exhibition for a study tour. This activity aims to help international students keep abreast of industry trends and cutting-edge technologies in digital energy, broaden their academic horizons, and promote cross-cultural exchanges.

The 2026 International Digital Energy Exhibition brought together numerous enterprises in the energy sector with a wide array of booths. Its exhibits covered digital energy, smart grids, energy storage technologies, new energy applications and many other fields. To help international students better understand the displays, the exhibition arranged professional Chinese-English bilingual guides, who led the students to visit and communicate at the booths of well-known enterprises.

At booths of Huawei, BYD and other companies, staff gave detailed introductions on relevant technologies, products and application scenarios to the students. Bilingual guides provided simultaneous interpretation to help the students accurately grasp cutting-edge information in the digital energy sector. The students listened attentively, asked questions actively and interacted with the exhibitors.

Through this study tour, students gained a more intuitive understanding of the digital transformation and green low-carbon development of the energy industry, further broadening their horizons and reaping substantial rewards. Many shared that the event not only deepened their knowledge of China’s achievements in energy science and technology, but also strengthened their interest in academic studies and international exchanges.

This study tour to the International Digital Energy Exhibition represents a proactive initiative by the College of International Exchange to expand practical education channels and enrich training models for international students. The College will continue to build diverse exchange platforms, helping international students better feel the pulse of China’s development and enhance their professional competence and cross-cultural understanding.
