International students from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) wrapped up a splendid art show in Shenzhen on December 28.

The event, namely the Traditional Culture and Art Show by Chinese and Foreign University Students from the GBA, includes vocal and instrumental music, street dance, drama performance, Peking opera, and Hanfu show. Chinese and international students from Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, City University of Macau, Shenzhen University and other universities expressed their understanding and love for traditional Chinese culture through a variety of art forms.

According to the jury, "Dancing in Guangdong" won the first prize and the best creative award. Two programs -- the dance "At the Foot of Daling Mountain" and the guzheng trio "Liuli Wu" -- won the second prizes. The Peking opera "The Lucky Purse (excerpt)," bilingual poetry recitation "Facing the Sea, with Spring Blossoms," and Hanfu Show won the third prizes. Four programs including the traditional musical instrument performance "Colorful Clouds Chasing the Moon," song "Sweet Honey,"  Chinese classic recitation "Nian Nu Jiao, Memories of the Past at Red Cliff" and the song "I Love You, China" won the Excellence Awards.
