下学期在读且签证8月28日前过期的留学生，请7月17日前到国际交流学院320办公室办理延期，暑假期间不办理签证事务。其他同学须开学注册后才可申请延期。

新学期开始，所有老生签证延期申请方式为线上申请，由邮政快递取送护照和申请文件。线上审批和快递取件都需要时间，所有学生务必按照学校安排的注册时间及时返校，完成注册手续后，在签证到期至少7个工作日前提交延期申请，不受理急件。未预留足够申请时间导致签证过期的，由学生自己承担一切后果。

Notice on visa Extension for International Students

International students who will continue their studies next semester and whose visa expire before August 28 shall complete visa extension procedures at Office 320, College of International Exchange before July 17. No visa-related services will be available during the summer vacation. All other students may only submit extension applications after completing registration at the start of the new semester.

Starting from the new semester, all visa extension should be applied online. Passports and application documents will be collected and delivered via postal service. Online review and courier pickup both require processing time. All students must return to campus and finish registration in accordance with the university’s schedule, then submit visa extension applications at least 7 working days before visa expired day. Expedited applications will not be accepted. Students whose visa expire due to insufficient advance preparation shall bear all corresponding consequences on their own.
