关于对33名本科留学生拟作退学处理的公示

经审核, 截至2017年4月1日为止, 我校有33名本科留学生本学期未按时到校报到注册或休学期满未按时复学(具体原因详见附件备注栏)。

根据《深圳大学本科生学籍管理规定》第八章第四十九条第三款 “保留入学资格和休学、保留学籍期满, 逾期两周不办理复学手续”者予以退学处理的规定;第六款 “超过学校规定期限未注册而又无正当事由” 者予以退学处理的规定, 我院拟对附件所列33名本科留学生作退学处理, 特此公示。考虑到以下学生为外国留学生，公示期自即日起到2017年4月30日止，请以下33名学生在公示期内向国际交流学院提出书面申诉, 逾期将不再受理申诉。

Announcement

It has been confirmed that the following thirty-three overseas students failed to register in our university this semester by the date of Apr. 1^st, 2017. We have received no explanation from those students so far.

In Clause 3, Article 49, Chapter 8, Shenzhen University Regulations Regarding the Status of Undergraduate Students stipulate that students who fail to come back to school in two weeks after the required time shall automatically quit schooling. Clause 6 stipulates students who fail to register during the required time and cannot provide a good reason will naturally lose their status as undergraduate students. Now, our college has made the decision to cancel the student status of the following thirty-three undergraduate students from overseas. If any one of them wants to appeal, please submit a written explanation to the College of International Exchange before Apr. 30, 2017. The application will not be accepted after the date above.
